How ordering works, step by step
An online tyre order with us takes about five minutes of your time. You send the size from the sidewall, choose from the options we send, pick a time and share your location.
The quote names the exact tyre model and the DOT year of the stock, so there is no substitution on the day.

Online-only sellers versus online plus fitting
Some online shops deliver tyres only, leaving you to find a garage to mount them, while others book you into a partner fitting centre. Delivery-only orders often end up costing more once a garage charges separately for mounting, balancing and disposal of tyres it did not sell.
A mobile fitter combines purchase and fitting in one visit, which removes the second appointment.

Choosing the right tyre without seeing it
When buying online, the full tyre code matters more than the brand: size, load index and speed rating together, such as 225/45 R17 94W. Match or exceed the load index and speed rating on your door placard, and keep any OE marking if your car uses one, such as ★ for BMW or MO for Mercedes-Benz.
If your car came with run-flat tyres and has no spare, stay with run-flats unless you add a spare.

Same-day and next-day availability
Common Dubai sizes are usually available for fitting the same day. Less common sizes, staggered fitments and some 21–22-inch SUV tyres are sourced the same or next day.
We tell you the timing in the quote, so you can decide whether to wait for a specific model or take an in-stock alternative.

Delivery points we fit at
We fit at villas, apartment car parks, offices, hotel car parks and mall parking where management allows, across Dubai and also in Sharjah and Abu Dhabi. For gated communities, register the visit through the community app; for towers, tell us whether service vehicles may enter the basement.
