Data we collect
When you contact us by WhatsApp, phone or any form on this site we collect what you send us: your name, phone number, the car make and model, tyre size, photos you share and the location where you want the service.
When you browse the site we and our analytics and advertising partners collect technical data such as your IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, the link or ad that brought you here and clicks on the call and WhatsApp buttons.
How we use it
We use your contact and car details to quote, schedule and carry out the service, to send the technician to the right place and to contact you about that job. We use technical data to keep the site working, to understand which pages and ads are useful and to measure bookings that come from our advertising.
We do not sell your personal data and we do not send you marketing messages unless you ask us to.
Cookies, analytics and advertising
This site may use cookies and similar technologies from Google (Google Analytics and Google Ads) and other advertising platforms to measure visits and conversions and to show our ads to people who have visited the site (remarketing). These providers may use cookies to serve ads based on your past visits to this and other websites.
You can opt out of personalised advertising from Google at adssettings.google.com, block cookies in your browser settings, or install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on. Blocking cookies will not stop you calling or messaging us.
Who we share it with
We share data only as needed to deliver the service: with the technician or partner workshop doing the job, with payment providers (card processors, Tabby and Tamara) when you pay through them, with WhatsApp (Meta) when you message us there, and with the analytics and advertising providers described above. We may also disclose data when UAE law or a competent authority requires it.
How long we keep it
Job records (name, phone, car, service and invoice) are kept for as long as UAE tax and commercial record-keeping rules require, normally five years. Chats and photos that are not needed for an invoice or warranty are deleted when they are no longer needed.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it, or object to its use for advertising measurement. Contact us by WhatsApp or phone using the details on this site and we will reply within 30 days.

We may update this policy when our services or the law change. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated.
