The ranges below are general market ranges to help you budget; they change with stock and promotions. For an exact figure, send your size on WhatsApp and you receive a quote for each tier, with fitting from AED 100 per visit.
Typical price per tyre by rim size
Rim diameter is the biggest single price factor: each step up in rim size usually adds 15–30 percent for the same brand and model. These are typical UAE market ranges per tyre, before fitting.
- 13–15 inch (Yaris, Sunny, Picanto): about AED 150–450
- 16–17 inch (Camry, Altima, Corolla, Elantra): about AED 250–750
- 17–18 inch SUV (RAV4, X-Trail, Tucson, Prado): about AED 350–1,000
- 20–22 inch (Land Cruiser, Patrol, Range Rover, X5): about AED 700–2,000+
Price by brand tier
Within one size, premium tyres usually cost 1.8–3 times as much as budget tyres. Premium brands (Michelin, Bridgestone, Continental, Pirelli, Goodyear) charge for longer tread life, better wet braking and lower noise; mid-range brands (Hankook, Yokohama, Toyo, Kumho, Falken, Nexen) deliver most of that at a lower price; budget brands (Zeetex, Roadstone, Triangle, Giti) suit low-mileage cars.
For example, a 205/55 R16 typically ranges from about AED 220 in budget to AED 550 in premium.
- High-mileage drivers recover the premium cost through longer tread life
- Cars driven under 10,000 km a year age out before wearing out; buy mid or budget
What else changes the price
Beyond size and brand, five specifications move the price: run-flat construction, XL load rating, high speed ratings (W, Y), EV-specific tyres with noise foam, and all-terrain or mud-terrain construction. Run-flat versions of a model typically cost 20–40 percent more than the standard version.
Production year matters too: older stock is sometimes discounted, which is fine if it is within a year or two of manufacture.
- Staggered fitments (different front and rear sizes) need two quotes
- OE-marked tyres (★ for BMW, MO for Mercedes, N0 for Porsche) cost more
What a complete quote should include
A complete tyre quote lists the tyre model, size, load and speed rating, DOT year, and the fitting charge with balancing, valves and disposal. With 800 Tires, tyre replacement labour is from AED 100 per visit and covers removal, mounting, valve check, balancing, torque to spec, pressure setting and old tyre disposal.
VAT at 5 percent applies in the UAE; check whether a quote is shown before or after VAT.
- Ask for the model name, not just the brand
- Confirm whether the price is per tyre or per set
Spreading the cost
A full set of SUV tyres can exceed AED 3,000, which is why many UAE drivers now split the payment. 800 Tires accepts Tabby and Tamara, both of which divide the total into 4 interest-free payments.
Rotating tyres every 10,000 km and keeping correct pressure lets all four wear evenly, so you replace a full set once instead of pairs at different times.
- Card, cash and Apple Pay also accepted
